This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explicitly outlines the strict guidelines governing what links are banned on cutlink. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against malicious network activities to keep our redirection system safe for internet users across Nigeria and globally.

1. Prohibited Malicious Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using cutlink to shorten URLs that redirect to or promote any of the following:

• Phishing and Scams: Fraudulent websites mimicking banking portals, telecommunications networks, government agencies, or retail brands designed to steal user credentials or credit card digits.
• Cybercrime & Malware: Direct distribution points for computer viruses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or malicious file downloads.
• Financial Fraud: High-yield investment scams (Ponzi schemes), unauthorized cryptocurrency investment platforms, or betting manipulations.
• Illegal Content: Adult pornography, hate speech, violent extremism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized distribution of intellectual properties.

2. System Abuse and Bot Limitations

Users may not attempt to perform denial-of-service simulations or deploy automated tools, scripts, or scraping bots to create link pathways rapidly or overload cutlink architecture nodes.

3. Reporting Abuse

If you discover a cutlink URL violating these security regulations, please report it immediately to our monitoring team via email at abuse@cutlink.link (or your support email address) so we can disable the routing target within our server configuration indexes.
